1.3.2 Preparing the connecting cable

The connections for the field bus interface and for the
load voltage have been designed in the form of plugs.
The pin assignment of the field bus interface and the
load voltage connections can be found on the following
pages.
For the load voltage connection, use plugs from the
Festo range corresponding to the outer diameter of the
cables used (see Appendix A, Accessories).
Ready-to-use cables with plugs from various manufac-
turers are available for the field bus connection (see
Appendix A, Accessories).
