If startmode is "now":
vectordrive-2
and syncoutput mode is "pod", vector driving occurs
on the receipt of Pod Sync clocks.
and syncoutput mode is "int", vector driving occurs on
the execution of the strobeoutput command.
and syncoutput mode is either "drclk" or "intfreq":
and edgeoutput start is "at_vectordrive", vector
driving occurs upon the receipt of a qualified clock.
and edgeoutput start is "+" or "-", vector driving
occurs upon on first qualified clock following the
receipt of the external START.
Vector number from which to
begin driving (from 1 to the
number of vectors loaded).
The vector number directly
corresponds to the vector
number in the vector file.
(Default = 1)
