Troubleshooting Guide
Corrective action
Reseat speaker cable in main board.
Ensure connector on main board is firmly seated.
If problem persists, replace speaker.
Replace main board.
Ensure the speaker cable is connected to main
board.
Test the short circuit in a speaker by using the
digital multi meter. If there is a short in the
speaker, replace the speaker. If not, replace the
main board.
Replace the main board.
Replace the front case assembly.
Reset institutional defaults.
Replace the main board.
Check that the keypad ribbon cable is connected
to main board.
Press and hold the Power On/Off button for 10
seconds to restart.
Replace the front case assembly.
Replace the main board.
Check all connections.
Reposition sensor and secure cable.
Remove items of interference (electrosurgical
device, cell phone, nail polish, cream).
If problems persist, replace the cable or sensor.
