At least one of the error counters in the CAN controller has
reached the warning threshold "Error passive". (too many
message frames with errors).
A guard event has occurred.
The CAN controller is "Bus off".
Meaning
The node is in the STOPPED status.
The node is in the PRE-OPERATIONAL status.
The node is in the OPERATIONAL status.
