Configure Connect IT using Remote Manager

1. Log in to Remote
2. Click Device Management > Devices.
3. Click Add Devices. The Add Devices dialog appears.
4. For each device you want to add:
a. From the drop-down menu, select the device identifier type to use for the device:

firmware file, and then you can upload it to the device.
