External I/O Timing Diagram

The following diagram shows the timing (OK/fail judgment and stop of a workflow) of the external I/O control.
 Indications in the diagram:
ON: indicates that the signal is active.
OFF: indicates that the signal is inactive.
 The actual high or low level differs according to the specified polarity setting in [External I/O Settings]. For details on
the signal names, refer to the descriptions for [External I/O Settings]
When the workflow is judged to be OK
