<FUNCTION>
Enter the ID to differentiate the extension format used by the specific client.
<NOTE>
If the extension format is set even though annotation has been set, the following
error message will be displayed. (Main unit software version V2.4 or later)
"ERROR: Both 'Extension Format ID' and 'Annotation' are set."
