Volume Adjustment
Both the volume controls RVO1 and RV20 in the secondary control circuits
adjust output voltage; RVO1 adjusts the +5 V low voltage output, and RV20
adjusts the -200 V output for plasma. The voltage at the connector point
of the +5 V low voltage output is set at +5 V +0.1V: by providing all
the output currents up to the rated values and by adjusting RVO1. The
voltage at the connector point of the 200 V plasma output is set at 205
+1 V by adjusting RV20.

Plasma output is shown below.
Be sure to measure the voltage between the +V and -V terminals
and adjust to -205 +1 V.

Though the voltage between +V and -V terminals is 205 V, the
+V level becomes +5 V when that terminal is connected to the
+5 V output through the plasma panel (-V is -200 V and -VI
is -195 V).
