Secondary Control Circuits
As shown in Figure 4-7, the secondary control circuit for low voltage
output senses the +5 V output voltage, feeds it into ICO1l volume RVOI1,
compares it with the reference voltage incorporated in the IC, interprets
any discrepancy as a current change, creates a current flow in the
photocoupler PCO1 diode, and transmits it to the primary control circuit.
Figure 4-8 shows the secondary control circuit for the plasma.
The
principle of operation of this circuit is similar to that just described
