PROBABLE CAUSE
Ignition fails
1. Pickup broken, faulty, dirty or in wrong
position
2. Incorrect pick-up wiring, loose or broken
wire
3. Reset pickup and hall-effect pickup are

not synchronised .
4. Pick-up wrong positioned
5. Defective ignition module
6. Faulty spark plugs
7. Failure of high-voltage wires or coil
8. Incorrect programmed angle of reset pin

Fuel system fails
1. Manual gas valve closed
2. Insufficient gas supply pressure
3. Emergency solenoid valve closed
4. Pressure controller off, incorrectly set or
defective
5. Carburetion failure
6. Fouled gas filter
7. Mechanical carburetion screw closed
8. Zero pressure regulator broken or set

REMEDY
1. Check, clean or change pickup as
appropriate
2. Check and change wiring as appropriate
3. Synchronise with an oscilloscope
4. Change ignition module
5. Adjust the position of pick-up
6. Change or regap spark plugs
7. Check coils and high-voltage wires

8. Measure and correct angle
1. Open gas valve
2. Check line or contact supplier
3. Check power supply and opening
4. Reset, adjust or change controller
5. Readjust carburettor mixture valve.
6. Clean or change filter
7. Open screw and carburet again
