Fault correction when error code appears:

– Check the compressed air supply
– Check the voltage supply
– Check the installation of the signal lines
– Place the device in operation (
– If the error occurs again, contact Festo Service.

Remedy
• Make sure that only debounced
contacts are used (e.g. for protective
guards or doors).
• Ensure that the voltage supply is
sufficient.
• Ensure that the power unit is
sufficiently large.
• Re-establish compressed air supply
• Comply with specification

or cable and replace if defective
• Switch off test pulses
• Use MP5 plug
• Comply with max. length of the signal
