Fault code

The fault code is indicated by 4 brief flashes of the Power LED (green). Then the
Error LED (red) displays the fault code (number of flash pulses = fault code).
The flash pulses for both LEDs repeat continuously. The LEDs only stop flashing
when the operating voltage is switched off in order to eliminate the fault.
