DCS-816
MMC: 421
DESCRIPTION:
Provides a method of assigning an incoming MSN call to a specific station. If any
entry in MSN DIGIT TABLE matches an incoming call's called party number,
either the specific station is alerted, if it is programmed to accept the call, or the
call is cleared if it is programmed to reject the call.
If the incoming called party number does not have a matching entry in the MSN
table, the operator is alerted.
You can give each MSN number to a specific station and you can select call
waiting option: when a destination is busy, the incoming call must be cleared or
camped–on to the station (which is alerted to the call).
There is a total of eight entries on a trunk basis and each entry consists of the
following fields:
0
1 DAY DEST
2 NIGHT DEST
3 CALL WAIT
4 OPTION
NOTE
For each BRI access, two adjacent ports are assigned. You need only change the value for one of
the two ports; the value for the other port will be changed automatically.
