7.4.4 I/O Test

This function checks the connections by forcibly outputting signals and monitoring input signal of the I/O
terminal or I/O connector.
1.
Select "TOOL" -> "Setting Help".
The Setting Help menu appears.

. Select "I/O Test".
The list of output signals and input signals (from the external device) of
PV500 is displayed.

Select a signal to carry out an output test.
In the cell of the signal you selected, "X" is displayed. This
symbol indicates that the specified signal is ON.

Check the signal you turned on is input correctly from
the external device.
5.
Input a signal from the external device to PV500.
In the cell of the signal you input, "X" is displayed in the
same way as the output signals.
After processing output test, closing the I/O test window while
the signals are turned on turns off the signals.
