Checking result and data of each cell
Press the FUNC key and select
"Cell Result" from the
pop-up-menu.
Cell number, judgement,
measurement values, deviation,
coordinate and differential are
listed for all the set cells. The
selected cell is displayed in pink
on the screen window.
Tilt the ENTER key up/down to
display the data of the desired
cell.

In the case of Width Measurement, both data of outer and inner circles is displayed.

Tilt the SHIFT and ENTER keys to change the page.
Judgement
Four types of characters are displayed in "Judge." field after the test depending on the edge detection result of
cells or judgement result.

Deviation
This value is the difference between the radius (Measurement value) and the radius of virtual circle. It is
