The Motorola logo will show on the screen for about 30
seconds and Windows Mobile screen will appear.
The Windows Mobile screen will instruct you to tap on the
screen and to follow the Align Screen procedure (touch
screen calibration).

Using the Touch Screen

Use only the included stylus or your finger, depends on which method is the appropriate. For example,
use your stylus to enter information, navigate through menus or when greater accuracy is required.
Your finger can be used to tap on large areas such on-screen buttons.
Use the stylus as a computer mouse to manage items and enter information.
• Tap once with your stylus on the screen to: open applications, type text, drop-down a menu, select
an item, close a screen, activate an on-screen button.
• Tap and hold your stylus on the screen to: pop-up a list of options available for that item. On the
pop-up menu, tap once to select an option.
• Hold the stylus pressed on an item, drag the item and drop: move selected text between applications
• The tip of the threaded stylus should be replaced when the stylus no longer slide smoothly on the
screen.
