Turn the phone on and off

You can turn your phone on and off while keeping your device turned on.
While using any program on your device, tap

Tap Wireless Manager.

Tap the Phone button to turn the phone off. If it is already turned off, the button is a lighter color

and displays an icon marked with an X.
Tip: to receive calls when your device is turned off, leave the phone turned on.

View available networks

You can view all wireless networks available to you.
From the Phone keypad, tap Menu > Options > Network tab.

Under Network selection, select Manual. The list of available networks is displayed.

Put a call on hold

During a call, you can put the call on hold so you can call another number or answer an incoming call.
If you have more than one call on the line, you can move from one call to the other.

To put a call on hold, tap Hold.

To move from one call to another, tap Swap.

Assign a ring tone to a contact

To easily identify who is calling you by the ring tone, you can assign a specific ring tone to each
contact.
Tap Start Menu > Contacts.
