What is the HC700-G Handheld Computer?

The HC700-G is a rugged handheld computer, designed for field applications where Automatic
Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) is required.
The HC700-G serves as a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), running Microsoft® Windows® Mobile
2003 or Windows® Mobile 5.0 operating system (depends on your device option). The unit enables
the installation and access to mobile applications based on Microsoft.NET Compact Framework 2.0
technology.
The HC700-G has two models: the HC700-G model is the USA version and the HCe700-G model is
the European/Asian version. This manual refers to all models as HC700-G.
