Possible Cause
Control panel/miniature switch or sen-
sor fitted in improper location (e.g. adja-
cent to an open door or close to Flex-
Geko discharge grille)
Heating medium temperature too high/
low
Cooling medium temperature
too high/too low
Other heating elements with individual
control are in the same pipe run (e.g. ra-
diators with thermostat valves)
Fan motor monitoring and/or alarm con-
tact of humidity sensor of condensate
pump active
Fan was switched off
Power electronics/controller and/or fan
faulty
T500 mA fuse is faulty
Condensate pump coil faulty
Diode of pump over-temperature pro-
tection is damaged
Intake basket clogged
Pump humidity sensor(s) dirty or faulty
Supply air temperature dropped to 4°C
or lower
T500 mA fuse is faulty
Supply air temperature dropped to 4°C
or lower
Intake basket clogged
Delivery head of pump is too high
Pressure-side pump hose clogged
Action/remedy
Fit control panel or miniature switch in
proper location where room tempera-
ture can be measured representatively

Correct the external temperature curve
on the controller of the boiler system.
Check the control mode and adjust ac-
cordingly (technical personnel only)
Correct the inlet temperature on the
controller of the refrigeration system.
Check the control mode and adjust ac-

Separate medium supply if necessary.
Check the control mode and adjust ac-

Check fan motor monitoring (intercon-
nection).Replace the power electronics/
controller and/or fan motor
