This section is not relevant for only heating units or units with electric heater.
Unit casing has already been removed (refer to Chapter 4.3).
• Clean the lateral condensate pan (Fig. 8-11, Pos. 1).
• Check proper condensate drainage of the drip tray and check a field-provided
trap (if fitted) (does not apply to units with a condensate pump).
• Check and clean the drain fitting of the main drip tray (Fig. 8-11, Pos. 2). For
this purpose removing drain hose may be required.
Ceiling unit
This section is not relevant for units with only electric heater.
Unit casing has already been removed (refer to Chapter 4.3).
• Check function of valves as described in Chapter 7.2.
• Reattach and secure the unit casing (refer to Chapter 4.11)
NOTICE!
Do not mount the unit casing if the following checks of humidity sensors/con-
densate pump or antifreeze agent are to be performed.
