Remove the cover plate of the heat exchanger (see Fig. 8-10, Pos. 3, 2 screws
on each right and left side)
Dismount the auxiliary electrical heater (refer to Fig. 8-10, Pos. 4 by loosening
2 screws on each right and left side).
Remove the carrying plate with the motor and fan assembly (refer to Fig. 8-10,
Pos. 5, 2 screws on each right and left side) an pull the latter to the front out
of the unit. Make sure that the motor cable is not damaged!
Check the heat exchanger and the main drain pan for dirt/mould, clean and
disinfect, if required. Depending on the installed position, removing the heat
exchanger for this purpose can be required.
Mount all components in the reverse order
DAMAGE TO THE UNIT!
Do not use chemical cleansing agents or disinfecting agents that cause acid or
alkaline reaction and can lead to aluminium or zinc corrosion!
NOTICE!
Do not install or mount components if a subsequent cleaning/disinfecting of in-
ternal insulation is required!
