Use a mutimeter to check the power (5V and 24V) supplied
from the BJ-W9000 (see the circuit diagram for the test points).
The power supply cable is
failed.
Replace the cable.
Check to make sure that the 24V is supplied to the motor
when the FEED/FORWARD switch is turned on (measure
the voltage between the No. 1 and 2 pins of the connector
CN4 on the PCB. See the circuit diagram for the details).
The PCB is failed.
Replace the PCB.
