6.4 Troubleshooting Software
This service software tool operates with the SCSI interface to assist in troubleshooting.
This tool monitors the current status of the external cover sensor of the printer, various
sensors on the paper path, other sensors and the remaining amount of ink in the sub-
tank in real-time. Then, this information is output as log information.
