Pre FEC bit If enabled an alarm will be raised provided that the pre FEC BER
error rate measured is above the demodulator threshold value associated

Post FEC bit If enabled an alarm will be raised provided that the post FEC BER
error rate measured is above the demodulator threshold value associated
check: with the stream.
Only relevant for QAM, COFDM and SAT demodulators.
Modulation If enabled an alarm will be raised provided that the MER measured
error ratio is above the demodulator threshold value associated with the
check: stream.
Only relevant for QAM demodulators.
Signal to If enabled an alarm will be raised provided that the SNR measured
noise ratio is below the demodulator threshold value associated with the
check: stream.
Only relevant for demodulators.
Signal If enabled an alarm will be raised provided that the signal level
strength measured is below the minimum signal strength threshold value or
check: above the maximum signal strength threshold value associated
with the stream.
Only relevant for demodulators.
SFN drift Enable or disable alarming of SFN drift errors.

Only relevant when a COFDM demodulator is present in the
chassis.
SFN drift Check the Monitor SFN Drift box to enable SFN drift monitoring,
check - and set the drift alarm threshold (in steps of 100ns, i.e. 100
Monitor SFN indicates a threshold of 100*100ns).
Drift, max
Default: disabled and 100 = 10000ns
drift (100ns):
Only relevant when a COFDM demodulator is present in the
chassis.
SFN drift SFN drift zero adjustment to compensate for delays in transmitter
check - Drift and receiver equipment. When an optimal system is configured
zero adjust the Drift zero adjust figure should be set to yield an SFN drift
(100ns): figure of zero in the COFDM - Status view.
Only relevant when a COFDM demodulator is present in the
chassis.
Center Enable or disable alarming of center frequency inaccuracy with
frequency reference to QAM threshold settings.
