10.1.10 GPS GSTAR IV

A GPS receiver from GlobalSat model G-STAR IV (PN AE33-GPS) is used as an external device
to provide two type of information: location and/or exact time. Data is added as external
device data. Additionally GPS can be used for system time adjustment (See chapter 8.1).
The data stored from the GPS module is one of GPS - NMEA sentences. $GPGGA (Global
Positioning System Fix Data). Its information contains Time, Latitude, Longitude, Fix Quality,
Number of Satellites, Horizontal Dilution of Precision, Altitude, Height of geoid above WGS84
ellipsoid, Time since last DGPS update, DGPS reference station id.
