Message rcipRouteIndexRemove() - failed removing <ipaddr>, Mask= <mask>
Severity WARNING
Description This message is generated when removing a route index failed.
Synopsis Freeing of route index failed.
Action Contact customer support for further troubleshooting.
Message rcIpRxFrame: can't signal semaphore
Severity FATAL
Description This is due to inability of the system to release the semaphore.
Synopsis Unable to free semaphore.
Action Contact customer service and have the following information available for further
analysis: system logs including any memory dumps, switch configuration, and
network topology.
Message rcIpStart: Can't create cpu and drop next hop!
Severity ERROR
Description This message is generated when the system could not create the two next hop
entries in hardware- with one pointing to the CPU and the other to drop.
Synopsis N/A
Action Reboot the switch and contact the customer service team if the problem persists.
Message rcIpStart: Can't create mutual-exclusion semaphore rcIpRouteLockSemId
Severity FATAL
Description This message is generated when an attempt to create a semaphore, used to
control re-entry to the routing process, fails.
Synopsis Semaphore creation failed.
Action Contact customer service and have the following information available for further
analysis: system logs including any memory dumps, switch configuration, and
network topology.
Message rcIpStaticRouteTblSet: rcIpLoadRouteRec failed
Severity ERROR
Description This message is generated when MIB2 static route table entries are added and
memory is exhausted due to duplicate entries.
Synopsis Unable to allocate memory for loading RCIP route record.
Action Increase DRAM size and contact customer support for further troubleshooting.
