Message rcIpAddrTblSet: unable to allocate an IpRec for IfIndex <value>
Severity ERROR
Description This message is generated if the system is unable to find or allocate a new IP
record for the provided index. This may be caused by the unavailability of
memory.
Synopsis Unable to allocate IP record.
