Use a broom handle or similar to hold the aluminum panel against the body hatch area flange then drill and rivet
the panel to the flange.

Razor knife, ½" socket, ratchet.

Secondary body fasteners.
The rear hatch uses the weather stripping that has two legs on it, one longer than the other, the longer leg goes
on the inside towards the hatch area.
