Idle Recording

Yealink CP860/CP920 IP phones support recording when the phone is idle, helping users record
an important discussion in local conference room. Before recording, ensure that the USB flash
drive has been inserted into the USB port of the phone or USB port of the PSTN box CPN10.
Idle recording is only applicable to CP860/CP920 IP phones.
The recorded calls are saved in *.wav format and include a date/time stamp and a keyword
"idleREC", duration of the call and the recording file size. For example, 20161202-1043-idleREC
00:00:06(198.2KB) was created on December 2, 2016, at 10:43 when the phone is idle, the
duration of the call is 6 seconds and the size of the file is 198.2KB. Recorded calls can be played
on either the phone itself or a computer using an application capable of playing *.wav files.
