Fault name
Possible cause
Undervoltage (fault)
The DC-link voltage is lower
than the limits.
Undervoltage (alarm)
•
•
•
•
NOTE!
This fault becomes active
only if the drive is in Run
state.
Input phase
The input line phase is
missing.
Output phase super-
The measurement of cur-
vision
rent tells that there is no
current in 1 motor phase.
AC drive undertem-
Too low a temperature in
perature (fault)
the heatsink of the power
unit or in the power board.
AC drive undertem-
The heatsink temperature is
perature (alarm)
less than -10 °C.
AC drive overtemper-
Too high a temperature in
ature (fault, heatsink)
the heatsink of the power
unit or in the power board.
AC drive overtemper-
The heatsink temperature is
ature (alarm, heat-
more than 100 °C.
sink)
AC drive overtemper-
ature (fault, board)
AC drive overtemper-
ature (alarm, board)
Motor stalled
The motor stalled.
Motor overtempera-
There is too heavy a load on
ture
the motor.
Motor underload
There is not a sufficient load
on the motor.
How to correct the fault
If there is a temporary supply volt-
age break, reset the fault and
restart the drive. Do a check of the
supply voltage. If the supply volt-
too low a supply volt-
age is sufficient, there is an inter-
age
nal fault. Ask instructions from the
AC drive internal fault
distributor near to you.
a defective input fuse
the external charge
switch is not closed
Do a check of the supply voltage,
the fuses and supply cable.
Do a check of the motor cable and
the motor.
Do a check of the actual quantity
and flow of cooling air. Examine
the heatsink for dust. Do a check of
the ambient temperature. Make
sure that the switching frequency
is not too high in relation to the
ambient temperature and the
motor load.
Do a check of the motor and the
load.
Decrease the motor load. If there is
no motor overload, do a check of
the temperature model parame-
ters.
Do a check of the load.
