Make sure the specified traffic processing slot is available. If the specified traffic processing slot is
unavailable, traffic on the tunnel interface cannot be forwarded, whether or not the tunnel interface is
up. Traffic on the tunnel interface will not be forwarded until the traffic processing slot becomes
available or until you respecify an available traffic processing slot.
