ipv6 dhcp snooping option interface-id enable

Use ipv6 dhcp snooping option interface-id enable to enable support for the interface-ID option
(also called Option 18).
Use undo ipv6 dhcp snooping option interface-id enable to disable support for the interface-ID
option.
