Possible Cause
Ensure that the power source is in compliance with
the electrical specification of the system.
Replace the power and control P.C. board.
Replace the power and control P.C. board.

Inspect the quartz tube heating element. If neces-
sary, replace it. Otherwise, replace the power and
control P.C. board.
If the heater is on, replace the power and control
