Symptom
Blender alarm activates.
Heater does not turn ON.
Pre-Warm Mode is not activated
upon a system reset.
Heater is ON, but the indicators
are OFF.
Cannot obtain the desired suction
pressure.
Blender O concentration setting

Blender output mixture is outside
the specified range (20.8% to

Possible Cause
Oxygen and/or air are discon-
nected.
Oxygen or air pressures are low.
Both tanks may not be opened.
Pressure differential between the
oxygen and air supplies exceed
207 kPa (30 psi) ± 14 kPa (2 psi).
Heating element is open.
There is an internal malfunction. Refer the unit to service.
System is in Diagnostic Mode.
There is an internal malfunction. Replace the power and control
There is an internal malfunction. Replace the display P.C. board.
Suction jar rim gasket is worn.
Suction jar is loose or chipped.
Connecting hose is bent or tan-
gled.
Hose is leaking between the reg-

ing the reset button.
