3. Enter the group call pickup code in the G roup Call Pickup Code field.
4. Click Conf irm to accept the change.

To pick up a call in the group:

1. Pick up the handset, press the speakerphone or press the line key.
The G P ickup soft key appears on the LCD screen.
2. Press the G P ickup soft key on your phone when a phone in the group receives an
incoming call.
The call is answered on your phone.
You can also configure a DSS key as group pickup key via phone user interface or web
user interface. Once configured, you can pick up a call by pressing the group pickup
key directly.

The directed call pickup code and group call pickup code are predefined on the system
server. Contact your system administrator for more information.
The call pickup code configured on a per-line basis takes precedence over that
configured on a global basis.
