To Pick Up A Call Directly - Yealink SIP-T40P User Manual

To configure the directed call pickup code on a per-line basis v ia web user interface:
1. Click on A ccount->Advanced.
2. Select the desired account from the pull-down list of A ccount.
3. Enter the directed call pickup code in the Directed Call Pickup Code field.
4. Click Conf irm to accept the change.

To pick up a call directly:

1. Pick up the handset, press the speakerphone or press the line key.
The D P ickup soft key appears on the LCD screen (You may need to press the More
soft key).
2. Press the DP ickup soft key on your phone when the target phone receives an
incoming call.
3. Enter the phone number which is receiving an incoming call.
4. Press the DP ickup soft key again.
The call is answered on your phone.
