5.7.4 Baud Rate Setting (RS485 Type)

Set the baud rate before installation when using the COM port.

System register settings

For using the FP0R (RS485 type), set the baud rate of the COM port to 115200 bps or 19200 bps. The
default setting of the system register is 9600 bps.

Setting using FPWIN GR

Select "Options" > "PLC Configuration" > "COM Port" in the menu bar.

Setting of baud rate switches

As for the FP0R (RS485 type), the baud rate switches are built in the control unit. Set the baud rate
switches to 115200 bps or 19200 bps. The initial setting (factory default) is 115200 bps.
Note:
The factory settings of the system register and baud rate switches are different.Set the system register
the same as the baud rate switches.
