0 QC1 on bus section 1 is in closed position
0 QC2 on bus section 2 is in open position
0 QC2 on bus section 2 is in closed position
0 All disconnectors on bus section 1 are in open
position
0 All disconnectors on bus section 2 are in open
position
0 Switch status of disconnectors on bus section 1 are
valid
