Cause
Communication error between client
and server.
When changing a supervisor password
in the Maintenance screen, the user
must type in the new password twice.
This message indicates that the two
times the user typed in the new
password, these did not match.
Specified database was not found.
Database server connections are
disabled.
The system was unable to enable the
volume stop, since all counters are
currently used.
An operating system critical error
occurred during a disk access.
An operating system critical error
occurred, but not during a disk access.
User tried to select and load a panel
named 'Current Worklist'.
SYSTEM II Software does not permit
loading of this panel. It is created when
the user selects a Worklist to run.
An error occurred while trying to
adjust the cytometer voltage,
compensation, or discriminator.
System unable to send the Cytometer
program file to the Cytometer.
The Cytometer did not respond. A
timeout error occurred.
System unable to find the Cytometer
program file.
Action
1. Exit program.
2. Restart program.
3. Ensure server is running correctly.
Make sure the new password is typed
in the same way both times.
Check environment for correct
database name.
Enable connections at the server.
Free up one of the Counters for use
with volume.
Call your Coulter Representative.
Check that the removable disk is in
place.
If error occurs again, call your Coulter
Representative.
Select another panel.
1. Repeat operation.
2. If error persists, reset the
Cytometer by powering down.
1. Restart system software.
2. If error persists, reset the
computer then restart the software.
1. Repeat operation.
2. If error persists, reset the SYSTEM
II Software.
3. If error still persists, reset the
computer and restart the SYSTEM
II Software.
Ensure the files (*.btl) are under the
C:\XL directory or call your Coulter
Representative.
