Vertical Sync Pulse Gate
Format parameter setting - Synchronization
Enables and disables the digital vertical sync output. The VSPG? query returns the
current mode of VSPG.

To use digital vertical sync, digital separate H and V sync must be selected with the
command. The FMTU command instructs the generator to use the new setting. The
command updates hardware to the new setting and redraws the test image.
