Format parameter setting - Video resolution
Establishes the number of active lines per frame. The VRES? query returns the current
setting of VRES.

• VTOT-1 (when SCAN = 1) or
• VTOT-3 (when SCAN = 2)
Must be an even number when SCAN = 2.
