*2: Between VⅠ/Ⅱ and CCA becomes a high impedance while the power supply is off. If over voltage problem arises at a
current input controller or E-10 trip arises from inverter with using a current input because of the high impedance ,please put
in the resistor of 470Ω （more than １/2W） between VⅠ/Ⅱ and CCA and use the setting as a voltage input (10Vdc)F108=0.
