6.3.5 DEVELOPMENT

Toner Supply and Development
1. Toner tank

Toner Supply
The agitator [2] mixes toner and sends it to the development roller.
Development Unit
This machine uses a one-roller development system. The high voltage supply applies
-700V to the development roller.
When the user removes the developer seal, the developer falls and the magnetic reverse
roller [7] mixes the developer.
This machine does not use a TD sensor or ID sensor to control toner density. The
pre-doctor blade [3] and the doctor blade [6] control the toner density.
