Upgrading the RX8330C with Signed Application Code

The application code on the RX8330C is signed and is checked by the boot loader
during initialization. Therefore, great care should be taken when upgrading the unit.
Traditionally, the RX8000 range of IRDs may use a file called Main.bin to upgrade
the IRD via FTP. For the RX8330C, this file needs to be signed and so may be
called Main.bin.sig.
Note: Existing RX8000 software versions named Main.bin or main.bin.sig code
Other than the software image, the upgrade process is identical to that already
described in the release notes.
