an error in transmission. No response of the other party is caused when dial is
completed and the other party is a telephone.

0, the default value of 3min is applied to.

1 is applied to.

Used to set the number of times of recall when the other party's line is busy or
the other party does not receive. The set range is 1 - 14 times of 1min by binary
