materials and workmanship. The six month limited warranty applies only to the 12 volt battery included by Power Wheels

This warranty covers normal use and does not cover the Power Wheels
abuse, misuse, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. Evidence of any attempt at consumer
