[2] DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING

(1) Hydraulic Pump

Lift Arm Free Play
1. Set the position control lever (1) to the lowest position.
2. Start the engine, and set at the idling speed.
3. Move the position control lever (1) to the uppermost position.
4. Move the lift arm (2) to the upper end by hand and measure the
free play.
5. If the measurement is not within the factory specifications,
adjust the free play by changing the position control feedback
rod setting length.

Removing Hydraulic Pump
1. Open the bonnet then remove the side cover (R.H.) and
disconnect the battery grounding cord.
2. Disconnect the connector of the engine stop solenoid and
accelerator rod.
3. Disconnect the power steering delivery hose.
4. Remove the engine stop solenoid.
5. Disconnect the suction hose.
6. Disconnect 3-points hitch delivery pipe and the hydraulic pump.
(When reassembling)
• Apply liquid gasket (Three Bond 1206D or equivalent) to engine
stop solenoid.
