Changing the Sealer Unit Felts

If you are experiencing poor sealing, the sealer unit felts may need to be
changed. The sealer unit felts are supplied as part of a kit. Operators can
change them as necessary.
1. Open the water bottle cover
located at rear right side of the
inserter and remove the bottle.
2. Open the envelope inverter
access door and lift the insertion
area plastic cover.
3. Squeeze both blue tabs (A)
together and lift one tab (B) to
gain access to the sealer unit
felts.
4. Push the latch (A) back, grasp
the upper sealer felt (B), and
slide it towards the front of the
inserter
