You can print on different paper sizes without changing the print data.
Note
This function may not be available for some applications.
For Windows PCL Printer Driver
1.
Select [Print] from the [File] menu.
2.
Click [Preferences].
3.
Select a paper size to edit from [Size] on the [Setup] tab.
4.
Select the [Resize document to fit printer page] check box, and then select a paper size to print.
5.
Change other settings if necessary, and then click [OK].
6.
Click [Print] on the [Print] screen.
Printing starts.
For Windows XPS Printer Driver
1.
Select [Print] from the [File] menu.
2.
Click [Preferences].
3.
Click [Paper Feed Options] in [Media] on the [Setup] tab.
4.
Select the [Resize document to fit printer page] check box in [Fit to Page].
5.
Select a zoom rate from [Conversion], and then click [OK].
6.
Change other settings if necessary, and then click [OK].
7.
Click [Print] on the [Print] screen.
Printing starts.
For Windows PS Printer Driver
1.
Select [Print] from the [File] menu.
2.
Click [Preferences].
3.
Select the [Resize document to fit printer page] check box on the [Job Options] tab.
4.
Select the paper size, and then click [OK].
5.
Change other settings if necessary, and then click [OK].
6.
Click [Print] on the [Print] screen.
Printing starts.
