Setting the Reception Protocol to [SMTP]
1.
Press [Device Settings] on the touch panel.
2.
Press [Easy Setup].
3.
Enter the administrator password.
The factory default password is "aaaaaa".
Entering Characters

Press [OK].
5.
Press [E-mail Setting].
6.
Enter the address of the SMTP server, and then press [Next].
7.
Enter the sender, and then press [Next].
8.
Press [SMTP].
9.
Press [SMTP Auth].
10.
Enter the SMTP user ID, and then press [Next].
11.
Enter the SMTP password, and then press [Next].
12.
Press [Close] on a confirmation screen.
13.
Press [OK] to complete the setup.
